Very slick operation but it seems like a racket. The nurses are housed in CEO-style offices that are very opulent in the hopes that it will give them added gravitas. In return, you will be lucky to ever meet the doctor that is handling your care - I never even met mine after 4 visits. The sales pitch is that they are available 24/7. However, when I needed their help after a poorly-trained nurse mis-programmed my CPAP machine so that it was unuseable, the nurses wouldn't even give me 5 minutes of their time. I wasn't even allowed to leave a voicemail for my nurse but instead had to go through some ""technician"" who told me to just take sleeping pills for the next two weeks. I then went to another provider and they instantly found the programming problem and were surprised that I could sleep at all, even with sleeping pills. I know that everyone wants to make money, but these people appear to be so greedy that they could care less about their patients. Please save yourself the misery and go somewhere else.
