I had used this service for more than 10 years without incident and recently had one of the worst experiences ever. I will never ever use this company again. Beware!\r

Our limo driver left us stranded and was unreachable after a charter. I have no idea where he went or what happened but trying to find a cab was difficult and our group had to walk into a high crime neighborhood to look for a cab late at night.\r

I will never trust this company again. We were lucky that we got out of this situation without incident. We were all worried and frustrated. To add insult to injury, the limo company tried to blame us for the problem, stating that the driver was trying to get in touch with us. Incredible and disappointing. I will be surprised if this company stays in business treating cutomers in this manner.
