I like the convenient of having in-store bank like this one. They open 7 days a week and with a very convenient hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Saturday 10am-4pm
Sunday 1pm-5pm
It makes my life easier, no worries in getting too late to the Bank to make some deposits, investment advice, and also getting some cashier check, etc.
About two times, I need to withdraw some money to take back to my home country. Most Asian country will require the money in a good condition, no ink mark, or any wringkle in the corners etc, I explained to the staff as I was asking the 'crispy' money, and she was arguing on the value of the money. As a customer I wasn't satisfied, but I din't want to make it as a big argument. I hope the convenient in-store bank will be equipped with friendlier staff

CONS: the staff are not as friendly.
