Every time I have been here...the front desk staff are NOT particularly attentive when you walk in. There are usually 3 or 4 people behind the counter and it is hard to get anyone to look at you...they are usually chit chatting...but they sure are ready when it comes to taking your money! \r
The building is older and is fairly dirty and smells. It makes you wonder what the back is like where the surgeries are and where the boarding and grooming is since you do not get a tour of the facility last I recall.\r
I have a very old dog who became crippled last Summer ...on a Saturday. I brought her here and the weekend Vet was 'right out of Vet school-UGA' and the first words out of her mouth were that the dog had to be taken immediately to UGA's vet school and have a $3k back surgery. I told her that if that were me or my husband laying there flat out that we would not opt for surgery as our first option and that we had a cat have the same problem years earlier and their clinic gave her shots
