Unlike the prior review, mine was just the opposite, I also have a new construction near Eagle Rock. I bought double doors for the front of the house. The price was ubeatable. I loved the doors so much I ordered a wrought iron double garage door as well. The garage door had to be custom made and Sam was right on time with his delivery estimate. The people that came out to install the door were super friendly and knew their stuff - only knock was they were using Dewalt tools when everyone knows Makita rules! :-) Seriously, the garage door was a beast (and gorgeous!) and the install was perfect. They even came out on a Saturday to wrap it up after working late into Friday night. I'm sorry the previous reviewer had an issue after the sale, but mine was just the opposite. I noticed the latch on the front door was loose and Universal actually came out to the house at no charge and not only took care of it, but touched up some of the paint.
