Going to the chiropracter isn't usally something people get too excited about. I've always had good chiropracters in the past but was looking for one closer to where I live so that I could save on gas. I discovered "Dr. I" through my insurance website and figured I'd go in and check it out.\r

When you walk in, you are greeted by Chloe the receptionist for the office. She's always smiling and in a great mood, which rubs off. Dr. I herself is extremely friendly and caring. She listens to your symptoms, take a lot of notes, and then begins your treatment. She also practices both physical therapy and chiropractic care and utilized both on me. \r

When your session is done you get to lie down with either an ice pack or a heating pad and have the "electrical stim" put on the painful areas. The "stim" are little round pads that work your muscles in a way that confuses them, ultimately "resetting" them from the bad things they were up to in the first place.
