Review content:
Rob Perry, proprietor was rude & told me I was wrong. Also, he wouldn't listen to reason when I realized that I was going to be charged $35.00 to have my comforter washed/dried, and NOT dry cleaned as initially stated. I called 8 other cleaners in Kzoo and averaged the price of the exact same service at $23.00. When I picked up my comforter, I asked him if he would consider giving me the benefit of the doubt and price match. He said that I should've done my research BEFORE the fact, refusing to work with me on the difference, because $35.00 was the amount he gave me over the phone. I find it very hard to believe that a company w/ an annual revenue of less than $500,000 needs that $12.00 more than an unemployed social worker does. If nothing else, it would have guaranteed him a repeat SATISFIED customer. After the way he talked to me, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him. Word of mouth goes a long way in Kzoo. It may not hurt Rob, but it definitely will NOT help him.
