I HATE this place! The dentist was, but he has since left. The billing and office staff were horrible. They do not know what they are doing and they NEVER return calls. It took 2 years to figure out a bill because they would never give the insurance the information they needed they just kept sending the bill under a different claim number each time. They told me the insurance was denied, which was never true. When the insurance sent the check, after we already paid and did all the work for the billing department, they were claiming that our account balance was 50 dollars less then the check sent by the insurance. I would NEVER recommend them.
