Waited for over 11/2 hours!!! When we are finally seen by the doctor he looks at my daughters rash and says I have never seen this and have no idea what this is (they say on thier website -----Skin Rashes, Bites ! Were told by the doctor to go to the Childrens Hospital Immediatley, where they give us an explanation for the rash-as they actually did some research and found what the rash was. Why couldnt the RMUC doctor TRY to look for it? Why am I being charged $150.00 for 2 mins of doctor time, when he couldnt even begin to think of a type of rash or give us any instructions on what to do-he is clueless and we better get a REAL ER Doctor to look at it? I call to get an explanation and the office manager can't help me, so now I have to talk to the director. Here I am 3 days later and still no explanation! \r

Dont waste your time or money go straight to the real ER - they have better resources, better staff, better doctors, JUST Plain BETTER and worth the extra money)!!!!\r

I will never go to any of these clinics ever and I will tell anyone who will listen. DONT GO!!!
