Review content:
I've gone to the Aurora location many times. I have always had good service although a few times the wait was long. Most of the time it was reasonable, nothing compared to the time spent in the ER down the street. Recently I had a problem with a bill. I have two insurance companies and there was a problem with the billing. I wrote Nathan Moore after not getting much accomplished with the billing department and the bottom line was that all was resolved. I think it says something when the head of a company addresses concerns like Nathan did. Back on July 18, 2008 he even gave his email address and phone number in his own review here. How many CEOs of other companies would publish this information so anyone can just write or call to resolve issues? To me it shows that he is genuinely interested in improving things. I wonder also how many of these others that had complaints “walked their concerns up the ladder” to try to resolve their issues rather than just writing a review (which I think should be a last resort). I would also urge others when writing a review of any company with multiple locations, to give the date and location along with what happened. Kudos to Nathan and all the people that take the time to resolve issues (both clients and companies) and those that write these reviews
Pros: Location & friendly staff
Cons: Billing.
