Review content:
I went into Rocky Mountain Urgent Care in Englewood on Wednesday, and it was the best care that I have ever gotten. It was even better then my PCP! The front desk staff was having a shift change and before the previous girl left she introduced me to the one taking over! And told me she hoped that I felt better. Then I went into the back where they took my temp, checked my heart etc. and the lady that was doing that made sure to make great eye contact, and go through the process with me so I knew what was going on. When she put me in the ""treatment"" room she told me that the dr would be right in. I can't remember his name, but he was great as well, he introduced himself when he came in, checked me out, gave me what I needed and said someone will be back in to give me more details and let me leave. And that is excatly what happened. I was in and out under an hour and loved it because I had other things that I needed to do. I will most certainly be going back there when I can't get into my regular doctor!
