Okay. I usually don't take chances on spending good money at BBQ joints. They are ALL so different and there are so many different ways to prepare BBQ, it is a serious crap shoot to stumble upon a place that is great, or even good. The locals I spoke to RAVED about this place, so I thought I would give it a try. I should have taken my own advice. The ribs I had at Dale's weren't that good. The sauce is VERY vinegary, they were a little tough, and I really had to work to get what little meat I could scrape off the bones with the flimsy plastic fork they gave me. Their menu is a little misleading too. I ordered the pound of pork ribs. The menu said it comes with fries, coleslaw, and garlic bread. It indeed came with all of that; however, I received about eight soggy steak fries, a very tiny container of coleslaw (about 1/4 cup) and soggy garlic bread.
