My 18 Old daughter went to Belle Tire in May of 2007 to have the passenger front tire replaced. Which was completely flat. Instead of replacing the bad tire they replaced the back passenger tire and simply put a plug in the front tire and charged the full price of new tire of 65.00. 5 days later the front tire was flat again. After several tows to Belle Tire to remedy the scam, all they did was give excuse after excuse on why the front tire was flat and that it's fixed. I made several attempts in October 2007 and again every time I brought the car home within four days the tire would go flat. At one point I left the car there for four days. Chris went off saying that the tire was fine and has not lost a single pound of air in the last four days, I replied with "the tire is flat again". I will never go back to Belle Tire again or recommend it to anyone. Chris was rude and has no clue on how to talk to customers. With his nasty toupee and the tone in his voice was totally uncalled for. M
