Review content:
Negotiated my law for a specified price, then after they got into the job asked to raise the bid or they would not finish. I gave them the increase of 33% and they still did not do satisfactory job, and did not finish the lawn to my satisfaction. Also whined about how much money they were losing on the job, on my invoice. Customer satisfaction means little to this company. I would never recommend this firm to anyone else. Frankly there are much better companies in the Cincinnati area, look elsewhere.
