After shopping around we were pleased with the quote we recieved from this agent. The agent stayed late to accomidate our work schedule and we arrived and signed all the necessary paperwork. The premiums were great and the coverage was better than what we had with our previous carrier. However after we were signed up we had a couple issues that we needed taken care of. After leaving several messages and writing several emails we can never get a return call or an answer to an email. We are happy with the prices and amount of coverage however are considering changing agents because we do not want our financial future in the hands of someone inattentive to detail.
