I can't believe some of you people who get so upset that the vets don't treat your pets like they were your kids. They are there to make them better. That's their job. My mom also loved her neighborhood vet because he was nice. But thanks to him only treating a symptom and not finding out the reason for her dog's problem we had to put her down. If he would have been aggressive in finding the cause of the problem maybe she would have had a few more healthy happy years to live. That's what I look for in a vet. One who can make my pet healthy in the long run and won't tell you what you want to hear. That's what you will get at Banfield. And that's why our dogs won't go anywhere else.
