Review content:
This agency is really trying. With all the government cuts, they are trying to do their best. They moved into this new facility several years ago and it is much bigger and better than the old one.
At this agency disabled people can get help with life management skills, job skills, housing, disability benefits referrals, special equipment and more. The staff is kind and caring.
This is one of the few places a handicapped person can go to receive services. There is no charge, as it is supported by federal funds. They service mentally-challenged individuals, deaf and hard of hearing people, and those with orthopedic problems.
PROS: kind and caring staff
CONS: still getting organized, services may be limited due to funding
