Many people knew LCP has great water aerobics, yoga, TaiChi, low impact fitness classes, and weight loss training programs. But, LCP has more than that to offer. LCP has a group of best instructors for fun and exciting group classes, such as Zummba, Kickboxing, Bosu, Power Pump, and high intensity power yoga. No matter you want to have a good stretch or a sweaty work out, LCP is the right place to go. And, my family also enjoy outdoor swimming pool very much in every summer. The last but not the least, people at LCP, staff and members, are so friendly and helpful. ... You have to try to experience them all!
