Review content:
I am just now completing restoration of a 1981 Cadillac Sedan DeVille which was originally sold by Sarant in January of that year. It had been subjected to winters in both New York and later in Toronto. As a result, there was much deterioration to the car's body and external trim. Because I wanted the car to look as it did in 1981, I wrote to the Sarant Service Dept and asked if there was any way I could get an original Sarant badge to replace the badly rotted one on the deck lid. They found two new ones hidden in a drawer somewhere and mailed them to me. No charge. \r
Unknown to them, I am ex GM Vancouver zone staff. They are my kind of people. I would trust my now near-new 81 Cad to their service dept. in a second. Thanks guys!!
