Back in January I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new vet for my 4 dogs. I went to a few clinics to check them out and ask a few questions. The receptionist here was very nice and had no problem answering all my questions (I can't say the same for all of the places I visited!). When my oldest, an 11 year old German Shepherd started loosing weight, this was where I felt comfortable going. Dr. Melin was wonderful and listened to everything I had to say about Zeus, and was comfortable discussing options and answering any questions I had. The staff and both doctors were very great about returning my calls when we continued having problems after the visit. I appreciated the follow-up calls as well. Not long after the visit I had to euthanize Zeus, but I still am very grateful to the staff and doctors for what they did for us.
