When Tonya was a doctor there, she diagnosed our newborn with a rare ailment which he could have died from. Although not sick, it was a routine checkup which she noted the problem right away. After she left the pracrtice, it was all down hill. 3 times in a row, I scheduled an 8AM appointment, my child was sent to the exam room and I was told to get him undressed, 45 minutes later the doctor had not even arrived at the office. Susan saw our son 3 times after that with reoccurring sinus infections, to which she mis-diagnosed ----------He had severe asthma and reflux. It took 2 attempts in person to have our records faxed to another doctor located in the same office park (they refused to hand to me so I could walk them down). The floors are dirty, the receptionist is fantastic, and always apologetic ---- We had enough! We will never go there.
