Bloomers Flowers rocks !! I ordered and purchased a beautiful balloon arrangement for my friend's welcome party.I was able to talk with I told him that I wanted it to be a big arrangement and kinda flashy.Tim who answered my call was very nice and professional. Bloomers did a fantastic job. The arrangement was exceptional and the price is reasonable. Her co-workers were amazed with how awesome the balloon arrangement was. It was a great buy! I'm glad I ordered the arrangement online.
