I was really excited that they were able to get my children in so quickly. However, my daughter has special needs and has been traumatized from so many medical and dental procedures since she was born. I have tried to get my daughter to go back alone with another dentist and she ended up injuring herself out of fear. They would not make an exception for my child. Perhaps they were just afraid to treat her since she is not "typical". My son, who has not medical or dental issues did fine. But, we never got to meet or even talk to the dentist, only the assistants. It was obvious that they were more interested in the quantity of patients they could treat verses the quality of care for each individual. -Mamacita
