When my bed from Bedroom Expressions was delivered, the deliverymen were unable to maneuver the massive king-sized four-poster frame up my narrow and bendy staircase. When I asked if they could simply take the posters off, they said they were not allowed because of "liability reasons", but that I could do it myself, so they left the headboard, footboard, and siderails with me. I was frustrated and irritated - there was no way on earth I could take that frame upstairs myself even if I DID take the posters off first. \r

So I called the store right away to ask them what the heck I was supposed to do now. And that's when I spoke to Chris, the manager of the place, who concluded that while the deliverymen were not able to take apart the frame for me, he certainly was able to, and that he got off work at 3. \r

Like some kind of crazy angel, he showed up at my door later that afternoon. We spent the next hour or so disassembling the frame, taking it upstairs piece by piece, and then reassem
