Review content:
I like keeping things "local", and when compared with the other major alarm companies like ADT, Johns Brothers is in a league of their own. With local monitoring, it's nice that if something happens at home when I am away, I have a local dispatcher call my local police. Calls are not answered by a "call center" thousands of miles away. On the rare occasion I needed service, staff is friendly and quick to reply. They are a truly better way to go!
