I've taken my cats here for years, and I love it. They have AWESOME hours, and are very friendly and accomodating. It doesn't seem to take forever in the waiting room, and the TV's are helpful to distract from the waiting anyway. It's a very easy process to call in and get an appt, and they were very helpful the one time I had an emergency and had to bring my kitten in a few years ago. (She died, and even though the doctor didn't know why she died without doing an autopsy, they were very friendly and even sent me a condolence card) I absolutely love their evening hours. SOO helpful. As for prices, I guess it's normal- I don't really know any different. I suppose I don't experience the ""personelness"" feeling where ppl recognize you, but I'm okay with that. I see a different vet every time- but each one is friendly. So that makes it okay for me. I suppose it just matters whether that is important to you.
