Review content:
The employees greet you and your pet with big smiles, like they actually care for your pet as much as you do. The office has just been built, and it is exquisitly clean. The waiting room is pleasant and there is a see through window into the doggie daycare area, as well as a window to see through to the kitty cat managerie. The wait is usually at a minimum to see a doctor, and again, you are greeted warmly by the vet. The visit is very thorough, based on the plan you have selected, which is the only con I have discovered. You are shown 3 plans: one for good care is $, for better care is $$, and for best care, it's $$$. And you are asked this upfront before anything is done to your pet. PROS: Very courteous and effecient employees, CONS: Being put on the spot when asked plan of care based on price point
