I recently got my puppy a few months ago and have had a few appointments at Boulder Terrace. In the few appointments I had there they didn't seem to really look into things. The first time I brought my dog there I brought up her ears and how she would constantly through out the day shake her head, scratch, and cry or wine. The guy looked well kind of then just said that was normal, although I knew it wasn't. A few days after she started scratching and shaking her head a lot more. I took her to Banfield immediately finding out that she had yeast and bacteria infections in her ears and that I needed to start her on some medicine right away. Her ears had gotten so bad that she was bleeding from scratching so much. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. Atleast Banfield really looks into things when you bring problems up about your animal.
