Review content:
I like this store a lot, and there are some really good employees like Whitney and Jessica at the cash register, and Will and Tim at the "Nook" counter. Tim always helps me when I can't figure out all the wingdings with my electronic "Nook" and is very patient. Stay away from the daytime cashier Jo-Anne if you can, she has extremely poor hygiene and is rude. Her nails are BLACK and so are her teeth, so she smells terribly, and it makes me feel sick to see her touching the books I buy for my grandchildren!!! When I talked to an older man named Nick (who identified himself as the Manager) about her poor hygiene, he was extremely rude and walked away from me while I was still talking, telling me to call Customer Services because it's not his "problem." I would think as the one in charge of employees, it IS his problem? There is a huge selection of books there, and the sales people will even order one for you if the one on the shelf is broken. They don't have CDs anymore, sadly, but
