Barnes & Noble, as book stores go, has proven itself to be a consistently pleasant experience for me wherever I've gone nationwide; however, this location has proven to be a bit of a disappointment to me. Larger than the Barnes & Noble on the opposite side of town, this store location lacks a music section, too large of a Spanish language book section, and poor customer service in the cafe. Example, three nights ago, we attempted to get a cookie from the cafe, but we were told that the cookies in the display case were for display cooked two weeks beforehand, and they did not have any cookies to sell. I asked them why they were in the case if they didn't have them to sell, and they told me that they weren't allowed to leave the case empty. As I walked away, the clerk told me that if I hadn't complained so adamantly about it, then he would've given me a free pastry of my choosing. Who says these things to customers? We asked to see a manager, but after 10 minutes of waiting and none comi
