Earlier this month, I requested a quote and then proceeded with having your company do a job at a home I was selling, located in Bixby. The scope of work included a hot water heater and replacing the insides of a toilet to eliminate a leak. \r

I feel compelled to share about the level of service I received through the agent working for your company. I'm embarrassed to say I am uncertain of his name, I think it may be Chris?, however he went above and beyond to assist me - well past the point that I expected. \r

Because it's a property I am selling, I needed to obtain a copy of the final invoice to give to the closer before we could sign closing papers the next morning. I called him very last minute (approx. 4:30) the night before, and he made every attempt to accommodate.
