I can't recommend Okemos Animal Hospital highly enough. Dr. Alfonso amputated a leg for our cat Wally last summer, and took a lot of personal interest in the case, doing research to determine how to give him the best quality of life. The staff was also very caring and supportive, and were compassionate toward both Wally and my family. The price was also really reasonable for the amount of labor and follow-up that the cat needed (their boarding prices are also good). We feel very fortunate to have had such good care in a tough situation.
