I took my car here after i slid into a curb on the ice. They assessed the damage, quoted me, and gave me a pick up date. Not only were they a good 2 or 3 days later than what they told me...they were rude with me when I stressed to them how I needed my car asap. They told me they would install my new tires and wheels for free...ended up charging me! They told me I need 2 major parts to fix the damage...told me the price and that they had to order them. Ended up.. THEY PUT ON USED PARTS WITHOUT TELLING ME!!!! then the "manager" tried to argue with me that I was informed! The best part I think is they "guarantee" their work and inspection...they sent me driving on a crushed wheel bearing! Which will make your tire come completely off at any moment! This is something they should have seen and taken care of. When I brought it to their attention..the "manager" said "well its not our fault you had to have your car back in such a hurry" WTF?? Its my fault they cant do their job properly?? My
