Review content:
The chimney industry, like most construction type industries is competetive. It is very hard to please someone when they are not on the roof to see what you have done. It's not like they built you a new deck, or painted your house. All these wonderful reviews are very easy to post for anyone. If you really believe that 109 people sat down at their computer after spending thousands of dollars to write how this company walks on water, I got a bridge for sale. This is common practice for board secretaries to sit and make up names and post great reviews for the company they work for in order to boost business. Use your own common sense and read between the lines. Every other company has between 4 and 8 reviews. That's about right. This is blatant misuse of the review system, and my question as a consumer is "what do they have to hide?" If you read the reviews they posted on yahoo, you can click on the name of the reviewer and see the same name posted 25 good reviews for this one company. C
