I have resigned my lease twice. Although they are not perferct, they are one of the better property management companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. I am moving out soon so we'll see how things go with the deposit, but after reading their only review thus far I thought they needed a slightly more fair representation. I have never been called a liar, nor threatened in anyway. As in any multi-family home issues can arrise between tennants and the company has always tried their absolute best to resolve them, I would love to continue using them, they just dont have a property in my size/ price range available, I'm needing more space
