Review content:
We bought 2 slate-topped tables. One arrived with the entire side of one tile deeply chipped. First, the deilvery man told me this was part of the normal variation in the stone. He said he had pointed it out at the warehouse that morning and was told to take the table anyway. He encouraged me to accept this damaged merchandise as normal. Then, the person at the call center said it was likely damaged on the truck, as that days truck was very full. I understand furniture can get damaged and thats unfortunate. However, its how you deal with things things as a business that makes you or breaks you. Lying to try to get me to accept damaged goods is BAD business.
