This place sucked....\r \r Took two titanium rings in to get engraved and was first quoted approximately one hour over the phone. When I went in, the chick who helped me kept having to ask one of the guys whether or not they could do this and that and this, and then ended up telling me incorrectly that they could engrave the outside of the ring. Ended up being a day and a half for my order to be completed.\r \r Then, when I finally got the rings, they did one of them wrong and was told it'd take 20 minutes, I received a call exactly two hours later that my order was finally ready.\r \r Not to mention that instead of engraving it opposite where the ring says "Titanium" on the inside band, they engraved it right next to that. Seriously, is anyone that artistically retarded that they couldn' figure out a better place for it?\r \r Never taking anything here again, will probably try Wal-mart next time.
