For everything that matters Stone Masters is fantastic, I have recommended them to several friends in the short few months since my install. The install was very smooth, the stone looks beautiful, and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Every positive review you read is absolutely justified.\r
The only hiccup was paperwork. It took several attempts to get my final estimate by e-mail, and when I needed a replacement receipt (the installers gave me one that belonged to another customer) it took several tries. Of course they had e-mail problems on the day(s) when I was trying to get my final estimate and contract, and of course the replacement receipt was lost in the mail, but it does become a bit tiresome.\r
I don't think these things are something to make a big deal about, but it deserves to be noted.
