This 'hospital' is a joke. I took my dog in on a Sunday who was seriously ill and was left waiting in the lobby for over half an hour. We were finally put in a room for another 45 minutes and still no one saw us. When I went to the front desk (for the 3rd time) to ask when a doctor would see us, the receptionist was put out that we bothered her as she was shopping a Pottery Barn or other gift catalog. They have no idea of urgency for the pet or the owner. Our vet even warned us that they are "short-staffed" and "not the best but they're open on weekends". I live nearby but would NEVER risk my pet's health again at a poorly staffed and unprofessional facility. \r

After being ignored and receiving no treatment, we took her to Georgia Veterinary Specialists on Abernathy who saw her immediately and treated her so she is with us today and doing well. GVS is a beautiful facility, with a caring staff, state of the art treatments, reasonable prices and great followup. This is the only place I
