My car was stolen on Christmas morning and recovered at 5 am the next day by the Arnold police. The first gentleman I spoke to told us that it would be $115 to pick up my car. As the day went on we found that our car could not be picked up just yet. We kept in contact with them all day. A different guy was now answering our phone calls. This guy was HORRIBLE, confrontational, calling us liars when it came to what the original guy said, telling us he would keep our car another day and make us pay over $300 to pick it up and there was nothing we could do about it. I continued to insist that he reach the original gentleman, which he was never able to do, so he called his owner and he stated it was $260 to get my car. I was at the police station still in arguments with the last guy about the cost, he became irate as he gotten before i hung up on him. He told us that because of my attitude i definitely would not be getting my car today, as he had locked up the shop and left. He also told us
