Review content:
We had Ganser do half of our roof in 2009, and they did a wonderful job on our flat roof home. It wasn't cheap, but they did EXCEPTIONAL work, had great service and stood behind their work.\r

We had another leak appear in a different section of the roof about a year later and called them. The price they quoted seemed expensive, but we went with them for the excellent service and workmanship.\r

We had some issues with the first round of fixes, but Ganser worked with us to resolve it to our satisfaction. (Gave us half off all of the work). I understand that they fired the production manager who had been in charge. \r

The work they did on the fix job was great, and they came out as a follow up right away when there was an issue that I feared was related to their work (it wasn't).\r

I'm pleased to say that Ganser offers exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
