Review content:
I walked out to my car, and one of the tires was flat. So, I called AAA and they dispatched this outfit. A good thing is that the driver arrived within 15 minutes, but he didn't like the way my tire iron and the spare tire are stored, and he had such a difficult time getting out the tools, getting the flat tire off, and getting the spare out that he was swearing as he worked. He wasn't swearing at me, and towards the end he seemed to calm down and talked a little bit about how frustrating some of todays' auto manufacturers make it for changing tires. But it was so strange and unprofessional. It makes me appreciate how calm, cool and collected other tow truck drivers have been at times when my cars have broken down. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I was afraid he was going to break something as he worked, but he didn't.
