Review content:
I shop at this store often and have received consistently excellent customer service. Most recently, I was in need of a recommendation, and the associate from children's books who spoke to me on the phone gave me detailed information about several books without my even mentioning their authors. She was a true expert, friendly, and more than helpful. Without being asked to, she offered to put all the books we discussed aside for me at the register so I could read through them before choosing one. When I came into the store, as I was deliberating over the books, another associate--again without my asking him to--checked the store's sales figures on the books I was considering and told me which was most popular. I was VERY impressed, as I always am. What a great staff!!!!!
