Initial consultation in my home was with this pushy, condescending sales person who essentially insulted me after I told him I needed to get advice from my friends who are longtime homeowners (I just bought my first home then).Since then, I have been left a notice once that the termite baits were ALL checked when the fence was LOCKED that day. HOW, did they climb over the fence? This same lady told Terminix that she supposedly left messages on my phone (the Terminix office did not even HAVE my home phone in their computer!!???) and no calls on my cellphone either. When I complained about this to the local office, the supposed manager snarled, "What, do you want me to fire her?" I have spoken with the main office about this and of course they are sorry. The lady who miraculously checked the termite baits in the backyard despite the locked gate continued to be the one checking the baits in my home, but that's suspect in my book--how can you really tell they did if you're not home--just t
