Review content:
I called Stevens Plumbing and told him that my son and I could not remove the Anode Rod from my water heater. Mr Stevens told me that his plumber would have an impact wrench to break loose the rod. When his plumber arrived he did not have an impact wrench and said that that he was not sure if he had a socket that would fit the Anode Rod. I gave him my socket and breaker bar. It took him 25 minutes to break loose the rod. I was charged for one and a half hours instead of the one hour or less that it should have taken. I also was told that I would get a 5% discount which I didn't get. When I called Mr Stevens he said I got a "fair job at a fair price" and then hung up on me. Don't use this guy!! I am filing with the BBB.
