If you love your pet, DO NOT go here. In short, I was pushed through without any real concern as to what happened to my dog. Every time I called, I waited for a long time just to be told some b.s. Hundreds of dollars later, they sent him home with me, only to have him collapse later that night. When returning, a Dr. Tylor took over and wanted to run the same battery of tests and blood work on him AGAIN. Of course, I would be charged again! She then tells me that she wants to do a blood transfusion! And I would not be able to stay with him, even know he most likely would not make it through the night. I laughed, got my dog and drove him to a competent clinic. Which, by no surprise, he did not need a transfusion, in fact he had a horrible case of pneumonia. Which Desert Inn never saw after doing all those x-rays. It is too bad that they did not take me and my dog serious. He ended up with a fatal case of pneumonia. It should of been caught with all of the so called tests I was
