Review content:
Thank god for Dr. Jacobs! I went to see him for my seemingly unrelated symptoms. He spent time with me and really investigated into my life. He suggested some lifestyle changes and took me off of most of the medication I was taking. I went to him a few times after that initial visit and we kept making various lifestyle changes and changing my meds until I was on the lowest dose possible to achieve the results we needed. \r He taught me to view my whole body as a system with many parts. The system works together with my mind, lifestyle, diet etc. He was right, by making the suggested adjustments to my life, I not only reduced the medications I was taking, reduced my depression, but I am actually healthier and happier inside. The advice he gave me was hard to hear but 100% right on.
