I used Abbott for a few months and didn't like them! they ripped my dog right out of my arms and took my dog in the back room to get shots. I asked the receptionist why i was not allowed to be with my dog. the receptionist told me that the shot will not hurt my dog and i said, that's not my concern. she gave me such an attitude about it and for what? this is my dog and i should be allowed to be there for my baby. i was charged sitting fees for booked appts which is rediculious. they are over priced and do not care about your animal or your feelings. If you love your animal bring them to someone else who cares about your feelings and your pets health.
