I found this shop online while looking for a place to have my car inspected. Out of the three shops in my area that I called, they were the only one that said that they could see it that day. They worked it into their schedule, and it was ready when they said it would be. There were a few issues with my car that they caught, but they were all legitimate issues. When the car pulled to one side on the driving test they suggested several things that it might be other than an alignment. I swapped the front tires, and pumped them all up to the correct pressure like they suggested and it drove better. I took it back. They were satisfied with it and gave me ticket. I know that many shops would have been eager to give me an alignment, or even to offer to rotate the tires for a premium. Instead, they just gave me tons of free advice onhow to troubleshoot it, and another problem. All of their advice worked well and cost me absolutely nothing. That's how they earned my business. \r
