Review content:
With a contract that is less that descriptive we found ourselves paying extra for larger windows, upgraded electric and numerous "unforseen expenses". We thought that a representative of their company would know what county codes were but instead ended up with a hole in our garage floor and a failed inspection that cost us the expense of re-running gas lines. This was just one of many 'mistakes" that cost us more than we bargained for. We were very happy to see them finish and gone even though the finished months later that their initial prediction. Their subcontractors were the best at their trade and much more honest and personable than the F& S rep. Cost overruns would have been 50% of the contract $30K so we decided to do a lot of the work ourselves. I would not recommend them at all.
